Within the Lake Mead Recreation Area, Goldstrike Canyon and its hot springs may be reached by foot or by boat. The soaking pools, diminished by earthquakes in 2004, are about a 2-mile hike down the canyon, accessed from Hwy. 93.

Posted at 14:56h, 09 MarchNot to my knowledge. Plenty of inexpensive places to stay just outside of the Strip. There’s a motel near the trailhead too. I believe if you continue on down to the mouth of the canyon at Lake Mead, you can camp there. A permit may be required.
